By visiting our website, purchasing our products, or engaging in our Service, you (the "User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access the website or use our Services. If these Terms are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. For new users, changes become effective immediately upon posting. For existing users, changes become effective thirty (30) days after notification. Your continued use of our Services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. Mandatory Arbitration Process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any disputes informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any issues through direct communication within thirty (30) days of notification. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, all disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) following Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be administered in English by a single appointed arbitrator. You must provide written notice of the dispute, including a detailed claim description, supporting documentation, and a proposed resolution, allowing for a 60-day resolution window. Arbitration proceedings may include virtual hearings, document submissions, witness testimony if necessary, and expert evidence when relevant, resulting in a reasoned written decision. Filing fees will be shared equally, each party will bear its own legal costs, and arbitrator fees will be split unless otherwise awarded. Travel expenses are the responsibility of each party, and document production costs are borne by the producing party.
Class Action Waiver: By agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly waive your right to participate in class actions, class-wide arbitration, consolidated claims procedures, representative actions, and private attorney general actions. All disputes must be resolved individually; there shall be no joining or consolidating of claims, no class-wide relief, and only individual remedies are permitted through separate proceedings for each claim.
Exceptions to Arbitration: The following matters are exempt from mandatory arbitration: (a) intellectual property disputes involving copyright infringement, trademark violations, patent disputes, or trade secret misappropriation; (b) claims brought in small claims court within jurisdictional limits, subject to local venue requirements and in an individual capacity for monetary relief only; and (c) emergency relief such as temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, or other urgent equitable relief for immediate harm prevention.
Time Limitations: All claims must be brought within six (6) months from the incident date, the discovery of the claim basis, or within a reasonable discovery time, subject to statutory limitations and regulatory requirements.

The primary service consists of direct one-on-one consultations with professional astrologers and psychics. As part of a subscription, users also receive complementary astrological resources, including daily personalized horoscopes, video courses on astrology and esoteric practices, natal chart analysis and interpretation, numerology readings, soulmate sketches and compatibility analysis, astro cartography reports, birth chart calculations, palmistry analysis, and guidance content and educational materials. Paid add-on services, billed separately and subject to applicable taxes, may include fast sketches (accelerated psychic reading), additional paid information about the user's soulmate, fast numerology reports, fast natal chart analysis, fast astro cartography reports, fast baby sketches, additional paid information about the user's baby sketch, tarot reading services, and any other premium services offered through the platform.
Educational and Entertainment Purpose: Our services are not scientific predictions or guarantees of future events. Psychic readings and complementary astrological resources are based on traditional esoteric and astrological practices, which are not scientifically validated. Results should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions and are not substitutes for professional advice, including medical, financial, legal, or psychological counseling.
Interpretation Limitations: You understand that psychic readings and astrological results are based on traditional interpretations and esoteric practices, draw from anecdotal evidence and esoteric traditions, and are not empirically verified or scientifically proven. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes secure email management, protecting your access codes, maintaining the accuracy of your information, and promptly reporting any unauthorized access. We utilize passwordless authentication and time-sensitive, single-use verification codes (Authentication Codes) to protect your account. Time-limited access and session security measures are also employed to safeguard your data.
You are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts, sharing credentials, providing false information, attempting unauthorized access, or bypassing our security measures. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you must have the proper authority and authorization to do so, verify that authorization, abide by usage restrictions, and report any changes in such authority.
Consultation Conduct and Behavioral Guidelines: When interacting with our experts, you are expected to maintain professional communication. This includes arriving on time for scheduled consultations, providing accurate information for readings, and respecting the expert's boundaries and schedule. You must ensure a quiet, private environment with a stable internet connection for sessions, keeping your camera on during video consultations and dressing and behaving appropriately. Only one user is permitted per consultation.
Prohibited behaviors during consultations include harassment or abuse of experts, sharing explicit or inappropriate content, recording sessions without explicit consent, sharing expert contact details, soliciting services outside the platform, making threats or demands, and misusing personal information.
Trial Period: We offer an initial 7-day trial period that provides full access to all premium features. During sign-up, users may select their preferred trial price (e.g., $0.52, $1.00, $5.00, $9.00, $13.21). If no selection is offered, the default trial price will be applied (typically $0.52, $1.00, $3.99, or $6.99). This selected or default price applies for the entire 7-day trial period, and payment is processed immediately upon signup via your selected payment method. Please note that your trial payment may be processed as two separate charges (e.g., two $0.50 charges for a $1.00 trial) to activate the subscription and verify that your payment method supports recurring charges. The total amount charged remains the agreed trial price regardless of whether one or two transactions are processed. Only one trial period is permitted per user.
Standard Subscription Pricing: Unless canceled before the end of the 7-day trial period, your trial will automatically convert to the standard subscription plan selected during signup. The standard subscription rate begins immediately after the trial, and the first standard charge occurs upon trial expiration. You will be notified of the exact pricing before the trial ends. Billing occurs on a recurring basis: weekly plans are billed every 7 days after the initial signup for the trial, and monthly plans are billed on the same date every month after the first purchase. Your subscription remains active until canceled.
Base Pricing and Add-Ons: Base subscription pricing includes unlimited access to 1:1 psychic readings and all complementary astrological resources. The astrological resources are complimentary materials provided at no separate charge to active consultation subscribers, exist solely to support and enhance your professional consultation experience, and have no independent commercial value. Access is contingent upon active subscription status and terminates immediately upon cancellation. Current base pricing ranges from $9.99 to $19.00 per week for weekly plans, and $19.99 to $69.00 per month for legacy monthly plans. Paid add-on services (such as fast sketches, additional soulmate information, fast numerology, fast natal chart analysis, fast astro cartography, fast baby sketches, tarot readings, and other premium services) are billed separately from the subscription. Pricing for paid add-ons varies and will be clearly displayed before purchase. Some add-ons like additional astrology consultations or reports not included in the plan may be purchased as one-time purchases ($4.99–$49.99).
Promotional Plans and Regional Pricing: Hint may periodically offer special promotional plans at discounted pricing. These promotional plans may have limited availability, be region-specific, be seasonally restricted, have different feature sets than standard plans, and are subject to change without notice. Features and limitations will be clearly communicated at the time of offer. Prices may be displayed in your local currency. Your exact price will be clearly shown during the sign-up process. Final rates vary based on local sales tax and VAT requirements, regional pricing adjustments, currency conversion rates, geographic market conditions, purchasing power parity, current promotions, and seasonal offerings. You will be charged the exact amount shown during your sign-up. No hidden fees or additional charges will be added after sign-up.
Payment Security and Policies: All payments are processed securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as select regional payment methods. We offer a price lock guarantee for existing subscribers; pricing changes only affect new subscriptions. In the event of a failed payment, we will make multiple retry attempts over a 30-day period. If payment is not successfully processed within 30 days, your account will be suspended. Bank fees for declined payments are the customer's responsibility. Subscription fees include applicable sales tax and VAT. Paid add-on services are billed separately and include applicable taxes. All taxes are calculated and displayed before purchase.
Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your renewal date. Cancellations can be processed through our self-service portal (recommended), by following the guided process in our Help Center, or by emailing customer support at [email protected]. Following cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, and there are no automatic renewals after cancellation. Account reactivation is available at current rates. Subscription features may vary by region.
Trial Period Refunds: Users are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of trial purchase if they are a first-time trial user, have no previous trial refunds on any account, have not violated the terms of service, and submit the request through official channels.
Regular Subscription Refunds: Regular subscriptions are not eligible for refunds except in these specific cases: (a) service unavailability exceeding 4 consecutive hours (not caused by scheduled maintenance or force majeure events); (b) technical issues preventing access to core psychic reading features (must be reported within 30 days and verified by our technical team); (c) billing errors including duplicate charges or incorrect amounts; (d) unauthorized transactions; or (e) refunds as required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. You are not eligible for a refund for partial or unused subscription time after cancellation, plan downgrades, feature unavailability during maintenance, change of mind or no longer needing service, or failure to cancel before renewal.
Paid Add-On Services Refunds: Paid add-on services (Fast Sketch, Fast Numerology, Fast Natal Chart, Fast Astro Cartography, Fast Baby Sketch, Tarot readings, and other premium services) are generally non-refundable except in cases of technical failure or unauthorized charges. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Processing: Submit requests through the Help Center, support portal, or email ([email protected]). Include your account email, transaction details, reason for refund, and supporting documentation. Processing time is typically 3 business days. All refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be processed to alternative payment methods or accounts. For expired or canceled cards, refunds will be processed to the original card, and your financial institution will handle crediting your account.
Supported Currencies: We process payments in local currency for: United States (USD), European Union (EUR), United Kingdom (GBP), Canada (CAD), and Australia (AUD). For all other regions, charges will be processed in USD.
Currency Conversion: Exchange rates are determined by your bank or card issuer. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not refundable. You may see currency conversion charges on your statement from your bank. Note: While we don't charge additional fees for currency conversion, your bank or card issuer may apply their own conversion fees or charges. Please check with your financial institution for details about their international transaction policies.
Ownership Rights: All platform content and functionality is owned by Hint. This includes, but is not limited to, our proprietary assessment methodologies, algorithms, astrological interpretation frameworks, palm reading analysis systems, birth chart calculation methods, and prediction and analysis tools. All trademarks and service marks are proprietary. Our intellectual property is protected by international copyright laws.
Licensed Content: We grant you a non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from modifying the content, extracting source code, redistributing the content, reverse engineering, reproducing the content, removing copyright notices, creating derivative works, or unauthorized distribution.
User Ownership: Users retain full ownership of submitted personal data. This includes birth details, palm images, and personal queries. Personal data remains user property, and profile information and preferences remain user-owned.
License to Hint: By submitting content, users grant Hint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license. This license allows us to process birth chart calculations, analyze palm reading images, generate astrological reports, provide compatibility analyses, improve our algorithms, and train our AI systems (in anonymized form).
Content Usage Rights: Hint may process astrological calculations, analyze submitted palm images, store birth chart data, generate predictions, use data in anonymized research, include data in statistical analyses, improve service accuracy, and enhance prediction algorithms.
Content Restrictions and Quality Standards: Users must not submit false birth information, manipulated palm images, unauthorized third-party data, copyrighted material, malicious code, harmful content, inappropriate material, or deceptive information. All content must meet quality standards, including accurate birth time requirements (exact hour and minute), precise location information, correct time zone information, date format compliance, and location format standards. Palm images must meet clear palm image standards, format specifications, and quality guidelines, including a well-lit environment, clear palm lines visibility, proper hand positioning, minimal motion blur, correct palm orientation, and a clean hand surface.
Service Level Agreement (SLA): Hint guarantees 97% annual uptime for the primary psychic reading service and complementary astrological resources. Maintenance exclusions apply, and this guarantee is subject to Force Majeure events. Performance monitoring is in place. In the event of downtime, we offer service credits: a 3-day credit for 95-97% uptime, a 7-day credit for 90-95% uptime, and a 14-day credit for uptime below 90%.
Maintenance and Modifications: We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with 24-hour advance notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed immediately when required for critical security updates, legal compliance requirements, or system stability issues. Maintenance duration is a maximum of 4 hours and is typically scheduled during low-usage periods.
Hint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, with or without notice, subject to the notice requirements detailed below. Types of changes include Platform Updates (addition or removal of features, psychic reading service enhancements, astrological calculation algorithm updates, user interface improvements, performance optimizations, security enhancements, technical requirement updates, and infrastructure modifications) and Content Changes (psychic reading methodologies, astrological interpretation methods, prediction algorithms, report formats and content, expert consultation features, educational resources, and compatibility analysis systems).
For standard material changes to the service, we will provide 15 days advance notice via email, documentation updates, migration guidance when applicable, a clear timeline for implementation, and instructions for any required user actions. Material changes require advance notice as specified, include a transition period when possible, provide user guidance and support, and may offer opt-out options when applicable. For emergency changes, we may implement immediate changes without prior notice for Force Majeure events, critical security updates, legal compliance requirements, system stability issues, critical bug fixes, emergency maintenance, and infrastructure security. Non-material changes (such as minor bug fixes, performance improvements, content updates, UI refinements, and documentation updates) may be implemented without notice.
Users will be notified of significant changes affecting service use, and users may terminate their subscription if they do not agree with material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Changes will not affect prior transactions.
Technical Requirements: To use the Platform, you must use a supported browser: Google Chrome (version 90 or later), Mozilla Firefox (version 88 or later), Safari (version 14 or later), or Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based version 90 or later). Security updates are required within 60 days of release, and security patches are mandatory. We provide legacy version support for 6 months and a feature deprecation notice with 30 days advance warning. Minimum screen resolution is 320x480 pixels (768x1024 recommended), with responsive design support and automatic interface adaptation.
Mobile devices require iOS 13.0+ or Android 8.0+ (Oreo) with hardware acceleration support, location services enabled, and an 8MP minimum camera capability for palm reading. Palm reading also requires autofocus capability, adequate lighting detection, stable image capture, and clear focus detection. Environmental requirements include good lighting conditions, a neutral background, a stable surface for capture, proper distance from camera, and minimal shadows.
Internet connection requires a minimum download speed of 1 Mbps (5 Mbps recommended), a stable connection, maximum latency of 300ms, and minimal packet loss tolerance. System resources require 4GB RAM (8GB recommended), 1GB available storage space, a multi-core 2GHz or faster processor, and an operating system with the latest security patches installed. Additional requirements include JavaScript enabled, cookies enabled, modern web standards support, secure connection capability (HTTPS), and local storage access.
Customer Support and Response Times: Customer Support is available 24/7/365. Primary support methods include the Help Center, Self-service portal, and email ([email protected]). Expert psychic services are available through scheduled consultations, consultation requests, text-based readings, and video consultations (plan dependent). Self-service options include account management, subscription changes, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, documentation, and automated reports. Average response time is 6 hours, and all inquiries are tracked with unique ticket numbers.
For general support, automatic acknowledgment is immediate, initial response is within 24 hours, average response time is 6 hours, and resolution target is 3-5 business days. For psychic services, scheduled consultations occur as booked, text reading responses occur within 24 hours (business days only), and report generation is immediate to 24 hours. For legal matters, acknowledgment is 1-3 business days, and resolution is within 15 business days. All support interactions are tracked in a secure system, reviewed for improvement, analyzed for patterns, used for staff training, and monitored for compliance.
Consultation Services Scheduling: A 12-hour minimum advance booking is required for consultations. Rescheduling is available up to 4 hours before the session, with one free reschedule per month. Cancellation requires 12 hours advance notice. Psychic availability is subject to time zone differences and may vary during holidays. Maximum session duration is enforced. In case of technical issues, a 15-minute reconnection window is provided. If the psychic does not show, free rescheduling or credit is offered. If the user does not show, the session is forfeited.
Complaint Resolution Process: Submit complaints to [email protected], including full name, account email, detailed issue description, supporting documentation, timeline of events, and previous communication references. The acknowledgment phase takes 24 hours, followed by a 3-5 business day investigation phase, and a 3-5 business day resolution phase. For escalation, first-level escalation is to [email protected] (response within 5 business days), and second-level escalation is to [email protected] for senior management review (final decision within 15 business days).
Scope of Limitations: Hint's liability is strictly limited under these terms. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Excluded Damages: Under no circumstances shall Hint be liable for financial losses (investment decisions, career choices, business timing, financial planning, economic outcomes, trading decisions, property transactions), personal outcomes (relationship decisions, life choices, personal development, educational decisions, career transitions, health-related choices, travel timing), indirect damages (consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, emotional distress, reputational damage), or technical issues (data transmission errors, service interruptions, calculation accuracy, report generation delays).
Service and Communication Limitations: We specifically disclaim liability for accuracy of psychic readings, precision of astrological analyses and calculations, interpretation of planetary positions and astrological aspects, prediction reliability, effectiveness of guidance provided, personal or professional outcomes, decision-making based on our readings, relationship compatibility results, life path predictions, and timing of predicted events. We are not liable for message delivery delays, WhatsApp service interruptions, video call quality issues, expert availability, communication platform outages, message retention or loss, third-party messaging platform issues, network-related interruptions, time zone misalignments, or language misunderstandings.
Indemnification Obligations: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hint, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: Service Usage (violation of these terms, unauthorized account access, misuse of services, content submitted or shared, interaction with other users); Legal Compliance (violation of applicable laws, intellectual property infringement, privacy rights violations, data protection breaches, regulatory non-compliance); and Third-Party Claims (disputes with other users, claims from affected parties, regulatory investigations, legal proceedings, administrative actions).
User-Initiated Termination: Users may terminate their account at any time through our self-service portal (recommended), the Help Center, or by emailing a support request to [email protected]. Termination takes effect immediately, with no termination fees applied. However, termination is subject to the completion of your current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for unused periods.
Hint-Initiated Termination: Hint reserves the right to terminate accounts for Terms Violations (multiple or severe policy breaches, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward experts, security violations, payment defaults, account sharing, false birth data provision, manipulated palm images, harassment of experts) or Legal and Regulatory reasons (regulatory compliance requirements, valid court orders, legal investigations, government requests, jurisdictional restrictions, age verification failures).
Termination Process: For user-initiated termination, immediate confirmation is provided. For Hint-initiated termination, written notice is provided when applicable. Emergency termination takes immediate effect for severe violations.
Post-Termination Procedures: Upon termination, access management procedures include immediate service discontinuation, authentication code deactivation, API access revocation, third-party integration closure, and account deactivation. Data handling procedures include retaining account data per legal requirements, archiving user content for 30 days, and handling personal data per our privacy policy. Service wind-down includes subscription cancellation and credit balance refund if applicable.
Reactivation Policy: Account reactivation is available within 30 days of termination, subject to current terms and pricing, and subject to approval. After 30 days, a new account creation is required, and the previous username may not be available.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures or delays resulting from Force Majeure events, defined as circumstances beyond our reasonable control preventing or delaying service delivery. These include, but are not limited to: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms), government actions or regulations, war, terrorism, or civil unrest, cyber attacks or security incidents, network or infrastructure failures, pandemics or health emergencies, internet service provider outages, power grid failures, astronomical phenomena, solar flares affecting calculations, satellite disruptions, technical failures, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Severability: In the event that any provision or part of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to render it enforceable while preserving its intent, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, including any additional policies or agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between Hint and you, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, understandings, agreements, or representations, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter herein.
Waiver: The failure or delay of Hint in exercising any right, remedy, power, or privilege under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver thereof. Any waiver of a breach must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Hint, and shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, FUNCTIONALITY, FEATURES, AND OUTPUTS GENERATED THEREFROM, ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HINT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
